Front wheel bearings (disc swap)

Yes, the bearings are the same. I did the same swap on a 73. The conical bushings for the tie rods you can get from BC Broncos. Some other vendors might have them also.

So are the drum bearings on my 74 the same as the 79 FS Bronco bearings for disc swap?

Also what shims do I need for the tie rods?
They are the same you will need the shims for the tie rod under shims you can purchase from BC broncos about $20 ea i think or you can ream them out and use the 1 ton steering arms

What is the F-150 tie rods I am hearing about I can't find the info I need to on them.What years are they from and can you use them for a tie rod over?

Check the BC Broncos web site. They have info on the F-150 tie rods. I'd also give them a call and talk to Chuck, he's always happy to help.
