Frosting on soft top

Does anyone know of a way to remove the frosting effect on a soft top window??

Try using a polishing compound and soft damp cloth. Be sure to use polishing compound and NOT rubbing compound that is more abrasive.

I believe the STC website has details on which vinyl protectant they found works best with the windows.
