Fuel vent line

First Bronco first post. One of the fuel vent lines on the rear tank on my '74 has a developed a leak. These seem to be metal. What are options for replacement? One thing I haven't had luck in my searches for.

Correct myself, hole in evap line.

Well if it is a hose replace it... If it is a metal line remove it and bend up a replacement using steel fuel line of the same size...
