I take it you are going to stay full width?
Rear - If so the rear like you said, replace the spring pads with EB ones (they are different width) and remount the shock mount.

Front - With the cast and staying FW you can tweek the radius arm mounts and try to mount up the stock arms (could cause issues if they dont cinch up right) I went with extended arms and it made it a non-issue. Coils you can leave them as is and live with the bow or redrill the spring cups and reduce the bow a bit (this will generally cause interference with the cast track bar mount (I made my own riser so no issue) or remake the mount inwards or move your coil buckets out a couple inches. If you want to see what I did you can go through my build thread in my sig (the beast).

tito your builds are awsome i am going to go with full width and keep them that way i have a 4bt in my bronco and rolled it because of death wobble it is my daily driver. I am just going to find a d44 with weld on cups in stead of cast i already have extended radius arms

When did you roll it? I remember you were doing the 4bt swap and had it running, didnt hear about the wreck, that sucks man. The weld on ones are a bit easier to deal with getting things lined up since you can move them in but can be tough to find sometimes. I have some DW, havent spent much time on it but I think I have narrowed it to just being my wheels and tires (DIY weld on beadlocks).

yea i didnt really want to advertise it to much it was my first 2 minutes in the truck with my dad and once i hit death wobble at about thirty i lost control and wwent up on the imbankment and rolled upside down no roll bar or anything it is truly a blessing that my dad and i are alive though Ive been building the truck since i was 15 and am now 17 I enjoy building the truck more than driving it at this point but cant wait to get it back on the road. I just got done almost building my inner roll cage i tied it into the frame and now i am doing full width axles and rear disk brakes. If you already havnt check out my bronco on you tube under cummins bronco its the orange one.
Here are some pics of it upside down.

Wow what a scary lookin rollover. Glad to hear you guys are o.k. I am still trying to figure out how you made it out of the vehicle, it looks like you would have been stuck under there from the pics. The 4bt install looks really clean by the way.

Full width will not cure death wobble!!! YOU need to get your suspension geometry correct (CASTER)!!! If you got wobble at 35 mph you had somthing really off prob intensified by the extra weight of the 4bt. Nice job on the cummins install but dont get stupid when it comes to setting up your susp. We are doing a F/W conv now. welding on new spring pads, shock mounts on rear to fit EB width springs. pushing coil mounts in 3" on each side(at axle) and radius arm frame mounts out 3" on frame. POPS

All my geometry is perfect with the added weight of the 4bt the welds on the track bar broke:eek:

My full width conversion is about complete. When I was looking for a front Dana 44 I found out that anything older that 73ish will be a closed knuckle and you dont want that. I would try to find one from 73-77. 78-79 should be the cast on wedges. One other side note on the FW conversion. I found it very difficult to find headers that would work with my buget. The conversion moves your driveline over toward the drivers side taking up the room your headers would of been in. There are companies that sell headers that would work but all have been upward of $400. I went with stock Manafolds.

The weight of your 4bt had nothing to do with breaking the track bar. the bar was breaking on its own and you over looked it! Anyway, Nice job, Didnt you bring that Bronco to Livermore last year in Feb. to a nor-cal bronco meet at the airport. Didnt it have a 6cyl in it??? POPS

first issue: full width: stay away from mid 60's f100 d44 those will be close knuckle. anything newer than that will be open. All d44 from f100/f150's have C's. f250 and larger were leaf.
Second issue: Headers: try www.corral.net or ebay, the mustang boys are always trying to get rid of their shorty headers, you'll probably pick a set up for 150 shipped or less.

thats a nice rig, and it looks alot better since you pulled that 6cyl out. but i don't see how the added 300lbs or so of the 4bt would break the welds on a track bar. the track bar is not a "true" load bearing part of the suspension.

and the full width is not going to fix your death wabble. your eb width will be fine, just make sure your stearing geometry is correct ie drag link to track bar. and that you are running the correct caster bushings for your lift. and that, said bushing were installed correctly. I know it says in plain english front bottom or rear bottom but poop happens and guys put them in backwards.
