Gas Welding vs. MIG

Have any of you used "tri-mix" instead of 75-25 ? The trimix works nice when you have a small welder and think maybe you are welding at it's limits. That extra 2-3% oxygen is like a supercharger for your welder.

I am from Cedar Grove.. Only about 20 minutes from Rockaway.

Thanks for all the comments on this post. I went on Ebay and found a starter MIG welder for $130. Hope it works well. I have quite a few rusty panels to replace. But, first I am putting in a new suspension next weekend. I bought a James Duff 2" lift with new rear leaf springs.. Hope it goes well...
