Hello
Every now and then when i am at a stop light ,I look down at my gauges and the fuel,oil,and temp. gauges will go up about a quarter of the way (slowly) and then go back to normal all in one motion.The obvious is the instrument cluster voltage regulator,but i just replaced it about 2 months ago.
