Gauging interest in some new products - feedback welcome

Hi guys,

We have had some good success with our custom headlights but have had a lot of requests for something less expensive than our base model price of $520.

We're happy to announce a few new options and would like to get some feedback / gauge interest on these two in particular.

1) OFFROAD 17s

We've been selling these as off road spot lights for a couple of years. Recently, folks have started installing them as headlights. They aren't designed to be headlights but have become popular with some off road builds. Not DOT certified.

Price on these will be $295 per pair, plus shipping.

2) Lucky 13s

This is a new offering from HIDprojectors (not yet on the website). They feature 13 LEDs (the five in the middle are the low beam). They also have LED running lights on the top and bottom. Not DOT certified.

Price on these will be $TBD per pair, plus shipping.

These are not DOT certified. You can check your local lighting laws regarding usage and whether or not DOT certification is required.

What do the light patterns look like? How bright are they? This is definitely a step in the right direction.

We will be setting up a rig to do a full comparison for a bunch of different headlights. Should be ready by the end of the month.

On the lucky 13's, can the upper or lower running lights be used as turn signals? Can they be made amber?

Yes they can be turn signals. They are only available in white though.

I would like spec's of products, especially when detailing lights.


Watts total per light, candlepower or lumens or comparison, light spectrum (blue, yellow, white light), life expectancy etc..
