Ugly, but small dia wheel and good for a trail rig.
Paint it black or get a steering wheel cover for it.
(I cut the steering shaft just to get it off, all interanl parts
should be in there and it even has the horn kit).
BTW, will also trade for a stock horn (or pair if you have them)
