In the process of restoring my hardtop but decided to go a different route
Roof is sealed and primed and lift gate is also primed with the new seal for the window installed, no dents or dings all primed and ready to be painted. Glass is in good shape no cracks or deep scratches
The sides of the hard top are pretty rusted on the inside towards the back and I would recommend replacing them with new sides. CJ pony parts is selling them for about $225 each

I have invested into this project over $500 with just parts alone. Not including the cost of the hard top .
Every nut and bolt I removed from the hardtop I bagged up.
For the DIY I also have 1gallon of Wimbledon White SS Urethane from restoration shop paint supply and 1/2 qt of hardener for an additional $100 on top of the asking price.
