Not a sound bar, but put these in a week ago. They were $50 at the time, and they’re pretty decent. Got them on Amazon.

They replaced a couple of box speakers I had sitting in the back and taking up way too much room in the relatively little space that’s back there.

**Edit** Sorry, I read your title incorrectly. I didn't see that you were requesting info on a specific soundbar.

I put a Wetsounds in mine and I love it. Best pic I have of it right now

Yeah, I had a pretty extensive wetsounds system in my wakeboard boat a few years back. Top notch stuff...with a price tag to match ;)

I do have that soundbar in my ‘76. Love it. I have the RCA out coiled under the passenger seat and plan something up front with kickpanel speakers but haven’t gotten to that. Planned this before I built the family cage. I can email or text you some pictures. PM me.

I have the Mudsys41 installed in my ATV.. it's a decent quality for the price. If you watch amazon warehouse, you can sometimes find returned ones for 40% off.

I may end up going the Wetsounds option after all though i'm planning planning on putting a skin on top of the cage that would need to be modified. I know from experience that their stuff is incredibly top notch.

I installed a wetsounds surge 10. It is very clear, loud and plenty powerful. Problem though, no bass. It only has 3 or 4 inch speakers. So keep that in mind.
I'm now building a center console with two 8" subs for bass.

As you already know, you can't go wrong with Wetsounds. I love mine

Found a better pic of the mounting location. I am working on an aluminum skin fo the top of my cage as well.

In my boat, I wanted to rock the beach, 3 amps, subs, etc.. $12k system in it. In the Bronco I just want to hear it in the front seats and not have my kids say "dad, turn it down" as they are embarrassed while I blast AC/DC lol. Clearly I'm getting older.

JSmall, thank you for the recommendation. Went your route and very happy with the results. Wetsounds is top notch and I'd rather spend a few extra bucks on the front end to insure I won't be disappointed... https://imgur.com/sqWAtKx

The other route.... is to have a great amp and disposable speakers. I put a marine 5 channel amp (https://www.crutchfield.com/p_020XC2510/Clarion-XC2510.html) between the glovebox and dash, and wired up cheap-ish speakers (6-1/2 at kick panels and 6x9 i boxes plus a 12" sub) and it ROCKS.... Speakers get wet/die? Big deal... Replacements are pretty cheap.

I'm just not a fan of soundbars. I don't get that all the music is behind your head is better then having it on both sides.

Nope, clearly your kids need to work on improving their taste in music! ;D

How do you control the power on that? Isn't it on the sound bar?

I put a Jeep TJ sound bar in mine for the speakers and built in dome light. Built the roll cage to fit the sound bar, but probably would fit an aftermarket roll cage just fine. It is a clean look and there are tons of them out there cheap.
