Anyone here ever know my brother Paul (aka Wiggy) on the North Shore? He lived on Sunset Beach until moving to Haleiwa a couple years ago. He collected Broncos and 1950s Ford trucks.
Welcome aboard....

i know paul.. last i remember at one time he had over 20 broncos and then it came down to 3. does he still have the yellow bronco that he bought from Al's shop. I believe it was Al's rig. I had my eye on it for a long time but he wanted today's price at that time.Anyone here ever know my brother Paul (aka Wiggy) on the North Shore? I figured on an island everyone would at least be familiar. Sadly, Paul passed away Feb 2020. We still have his green and white 1977 (pictured on this thread page 7) and his blue 1953 F-100. He sold most of his toys to build a house, including the yellow one and the big brown 1979. He sure loved his Broncos. He bought his 1st when he was 16 (a Bronco II) and quickly bought the red 1977 with the black stripe (pictured on this thread page 4) when he moved to Sunset Beach around 1995. He was partial to 1977 because of his birth year. I'm in the process of shipping these last two trucks to me in Florida. I have a 32 year love affair with Jeeps but I have owned 7 Broncos and am very excited about preserving the mostly original green and white one. It has 83k miles and Paul told me he was the second owner. I did not know it came from Colorado, so if you can share any other knowledge of it, I would love to hear. The tire carrier is missing and I see it was present in your pics. Paul would not have removed it. Any ideas on finding it?i know paul.. last i remember at one time he had over 20 broncos and then it came down to 3. does he still have the yellow bronco that he bought from Al's shop. It was a very long and difficult process but today I received my brother Paul's Bronco from Haleiwa. It left Honolulu on May 12,2021 and made it to my house in Florida without damage (except for a stolen brand new battery). The Bronco has been in storage since Paul's passing in early 2020 and runs but needs some normal maintenance. My intention is to do mechanical repairs and leave the cosmetics as I found it. In the spirit of ohana I'll post some updates to let you know I'm doing my part. With much love to any who knew him, thank you for being a part of his life.
I had a Florida auto dealer obtain Florida titles in the dealer's ownership. This bypassed the expired Hi safety inspection and provided a Fl dealer license plate and insurance coverage. It streamlined the process for shipping out of Hi. Once the vehicle is in Fl, it's very easy for the dealer to re-assign the Fl title in my name.
It had to be current on tags and insurance before Hi would allow it to ship out. Since the owner (my brother) is deceased, I had to re-title to prove ownership and get it current.

I didn't know this of Paul's passing. So sorry.
My condolences to you and your family..
