Those will work. If it's vacuum secondaries you should only need two jets, and if it's mechanical you will need four jets. If #55 jets are what's recommended, that's a good place to start, but a good move would be to buy a few more sets. Such as, #54 #55 #56, or #55 #56 #57 and jet up till you see a very quick puff of black smoke when you stomp on the throttle. This is method I was taught and has worked flawlessly for my carbed rigs.

i should currently have #57's according to the factory info. im at about 4400 feet elevation, holley suggests going down one number on the jet for every 2000 feet of elevation

And it's a good recommendation. A lot of the trails I tackle are above timber line, so I had to carry a few sets of jets just in case. I still rarely changed them as I would just let it run rich for the day. Sometimes it was not a good idea if I was up too high, it would run absolutely horrible and force me to swap jets. Also, carry a tube of lip balm with you to rub on the carb gaskets, and you won't have to worry about sticking gaskets.

A bar of soap works well for sticky gaskets too!

No matter what Holley suggests you need to verify your current jetting with before just swapping jets. You could be just fine right now and need no changes. pull your plugs and verify.
Then from there figure out what you may need. 55's would be a good leaner option. Most jetting changes are recommended to go 2 sizes at a time. then if your close to where you need to be you can do the 1 size testing. If you have any local speed shops they will have the jets you need. Id also start with the primary side first leave the seconday a bit rich until you figure out if you really need to rejet the secondary side. As you really dont use the secondarys fully unless your running higher RPM's all the time.
