Help me figure out exhaust flanges for stock 302 manifolds

I've got some 2.5" exhaust tubing from a fellow bronco owner, but it won't work for my application as he must have had aftermarket shorties. The flanges are way too big for my stock 302 EB manifolds. I am trying to figure out which flanges I need to purchase so that I can cut off the big ones and weld on what I need. Anybody have this info handy? Thanks in advance!

There are only a few ways I have seen this work w/o being a headache.

Start with 2" pipe and buy this.

https://bcbroncos.com/shop/engine/e...-flange-for-stock-manifolds-for-early-bronco/

Then slide that flange on and flare the end for a 2" donut gasket.
You can buy new donut gaskets at an auto parts store or a few of the bronco houses like James Duff carry them. Sometimes the studs are a little short because the new gasket and the 3/8 flange are a little thicker than factory.

The studs can be replaced with 7/16x14 bolts if you can't find longer replacement studs.

Another option is to buy the James Duff stock exhaust manifold down pipes. They come with the correct flanges and gaskets but you might still need longer studs or bolts.

We are currently making these in 2" and 2.25" If you want a specific size plz call us.

Thanks but I do have the stock manifolds on the truck. I just thought it'd be way easier if somebody knew exactly what flange worked best. Worst case I'll have to take the truck to an exhaust shop but I'm hoping to avoid that.

Personally, I think that would be your best bet unless you know for sure yours are really Bronco manifolds. Even then, there are variables. Some had heat riser valve on one side making ready-made downpipes a problem.
