you can fish a single solid wire (i use safety wire) put a slight hook on it so it will help find the hole.
once through wrap around your wire bundle, slight bit of tape, start working it back up. i found some wd helps if shot through the top to keep things moving and the wire bundle slippery. it won't hurt anything.
still a bit of a pita.

I used a die grinder and reached in and opened up the corners. I had four small speaker wires bundled with them. It is tight

i've used this method a number of times.tape off any holes that would let any air in other than your entry & exit holes.tie a small piece of plastic bag in the form of a deflated balloon to the end of your pull string.put plastic in one hole place shop vac on other hole.after you suck you string through tie on wires wrap with tape, and your ready to pull.i did this when i built my house, barn, car stereos, lights on rollbars,

You can't really seal off the windshield frame though. It's hollow inside.

You can buy or rent a wire fish tape which is made for that. Home Blepot, Lowlifes or an electrical supply store will have them.

I borrowed my dads small fish tape to get my wiper wires though the windshield frame the other day. Just took me a lot of patience... :D

I have found easy to use compressed air however you have to tape up all the openings you do not want the wire passed throug,, start at one end with a light weight messenger holding it loosely in your fingers while blowing compressesd air in the same hole it wil soon find its way out the outher hole and then you may have to increase the size of your messenger used to pull the desired wire through, I have also used a vacuum but the inside of the conduit must be free of snaggs

*** this takes no time at all***
