Help, Seat Belt Bung Location

I need to know where the best position for the seat belt bung in a roll cage is?
Should it be facing forward, on the outside, or on the inside for the top portion of the shoulder harness? What about the bottom?

I have the bungs, just need to know which side to put them on that works best with a standard lap and shoulder seat belt.

My hoop is behind me a bit so I went with front. Threw a seat in, sat in it and marked a location for height.
