I know there where a few last time this topic came up, I am thinking about doing mine with it, after I saw these two cars, both the one in the foreground and background are two of the best looks I have ever seen:

I like them because it's not a true flat it's more of a satin and it is a really unique look. I am replacing portions of my glass tub with Carbon Fiber and am thinking about doing a satin black on some areas and then other have a gloss clear over the weave to give it a two tone.

I really want to paint my bronco in the Harley crimson red denim, but I have heard that it is impossible to repair any scratches in a panel because it is all but impossible to match the gloss level. Also you cannot wax it, or so I have read on many sites. But this and an old school flat black hood was my plan from the get go, but not sure I can bring myself to use it. I do not want to be afraid to take it out.

I'm planning on painting mine in satin black with gloss black cheery strips and accents. I figure if I scratch a panel its not hard to section off each panel and paint them separately its really not that hard to match them up.

Just used "vanilla shake" hot rod flatz

My father in law just painted my 73 in his garage with it. It looks pretty good. I
I'm not sure how to post pics but I have a few in "my garage" that maybe you can view.

Follow the directions to the LETTER using this stuff. I knew much more about this paint then the manufacturer so I did my own thing and ended up paying in the form of starting over. Follow the directions and you get a really cool looking paint job. Another thing to watch is any kind of moisture around it while it cures. Good luck with the paint, done right it looks great in my book.

My Harley is the black denim paint. No waxing, special HD cleaner which is probably just Windex or something and a pain to keep clean. Was hardly worth the additional cost and would be a nightmare to keep clean on something like a Bronco.

I wanted flat accents on mine and found this paint in a hot rod paint book. Hard to tell from the picture, but it is a grainy paint. Goes with my LineX. I didn't ask the price but it was $900 a gallon. Glad I didn't need much.

We're gonna paint my sons truck. With rustolelum and a roller

I've seen some that turned out very nice
Apparently it takes 10 coats with sanding between every 3rd coat

We don't have the budget for $900 a gallon

If I remember correctly they sell a clear coat that makes your paint flat (or look flat).
I bought some back when I was building my hard tail. That would allow you make any paint flat, even the cheep stuff. ;D
