Wyflyer (Tom) has been nice enough to offer trying to let a bumper I bought hitch a ride with him from Houston to Baton Rouge. He is also in need of some help. Here is what he is looking to do.

"Scott
If he can meet me on I-10 it would be perfect. Let him know i'm taking my Bronco to a guy in Hitchcock, Tx which is south of Houston on I-45. I will take I-10 to I-45 then SE to Hitchcock/ Galveston area. Then on NE along the coast and will rejoin I-10 East of Houston at Winnie, Tx.
I'd like to find someone trustworthy to leave my trailer with for a few days while in NOLA, and pick it up again on my way home a few days later. Maybe your contact is the guy..."

He is looking for a place to leave his trailer for a couple of days while he travels on to New Orleans. If anyone has a spot, or knows of a good safe spot where he can park this for a couple of days, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Scott

I have a friend from high school who lives in Winnie. I contacted her through FB. I'll let you know whatever she says as soon as I hear back.

How big is the trailer? He can leave it in my drive on Tiki island. I will not be there but no one will mess with it. Tiki Island exit is the last exit before crossing the causeway onto Galveston island.

The trailer is a tandem axle 20' car trailer. Thanks for the offer Tx, lets see how this plays out, id like to find something closer to I-10 so I don't have to detour back to the coast on the way home. I'll keep this offer in reserve if nothing else works out. TIme will be short, I'm driving back to Uvalde on sunday, then back to San Antonio airport on monday a.m.
thanks again

I'm on the northwest side off Highway 290 and Bingle Rd. You can park your trailer at my office for as long as you need.

Hey guys thanks for everything, I got this solved today. A fellow I work with has a son in Sulphur, La, about 2 blocks off of I-10, and has a lot of room to park the trailer. This works out the best of all options for me.
THanks again for everything and all the great offers, what a great brotherhood!
