How was everyone's 4th? Do anything fun with the Bronco? Post pics if you got 'em!

My wife and I went camping near Yosemite with some friends then trekked around the park all day - was great!

After I finished putting on some flares a few of us went on a local trail. The carnage was (not mine) 1 axle shaft, a steering link, couple of fender flares, a few lights, bent transfer case linkage and a few other odds and ends. Great day for wheeling- sunny and 75 degrees.

Saturday replacing the brakes on my dads heep, then pressure washed about 1000 square feet of decking the rest of the day and on sunday.

Though while I had the pressure washer out, I blasted the inside of the frame and got most of the rest of the mud left over from Gore off the Bronco.

So wasn't much of a holliday for me

My son is in the Army, stationed in Korea, and my 16 year old daughter did her own thing. So my wife and I loaded up a couple hundred shells for the 16 guage, some clay pigeons, and went to the boondocks. After we made our shoulders sore, we turned in the hubs and crawled one of my favorite trails. One hell of a good day, other than I burned out another power steering pump!

I loaded up the family and we headed out for a ride. My boys, 3 and 1 loved it. We also spotted another Bronco sitting beside a garage. I left a note and 2trips back to their house and it looks as if they are on vacation. I will keep an eye on it to see if I can buy it. My neighbor didn't know I had one but he is very interested in Bronco's so he might stop by this site.

Had a blast camping at my friend Ken's. Rainy roadtrip Saturday, but beautiful long ride home Sunday (perfect day). DRBRONCO69 and broncojack helped me trade hoods Sunday morning on Ken's plow truck. Don't have to weld up a cracked hood anymore. ;D Thanks guys! You guys are the best!

Drove by in Alan Jackson's house in the Bronco after hearing it was for sale. I was going to take some pics but a lot of people had the same idea, no wonder he is moving.

hermann park, all day! we got there at 9 in the morning and spent the whole day at the park. 3 gallon drinking cool full of ice, drank water, chewed on ice, and tried to stay cool. then layed down on the grass and watched fireworks listening to houston symphony orchestra.

had front row parking, everybody that went by stared at the beast!!!

Spent it at my brothers watching the fireworks from a hill behind their house. The real show was when a neighbor caught a tree on fire with their own fireworks.

so it made itself useful by holding my beers guns and fireworks on it's hood.

by the way, ILB that is one good lookin ride! uncut, nice stance, beautiful color.
