How do you remove the horn Button?

Sorry about the stupid question but.... I've pulled pried and pushed. I twisted it and it turns a little bit, but I don't want to break anything. How do I get this thing off?

push in and twist it to the left.

push in and twist it to the left.

If that didn't work push in a little harder and twist it to the left.
