How long/how many times have you passed over a project eb

I enjoyed talking with an out of state eb buddy this afternoon. He had found a project eb and asked if I was interested. I told him I would have to pass unfortunately.
To the subject line. I have a '66 U15 sitting in the garage which I purchased from a friend in Vegas in 1999. It has been passed over for two other eb projects, a ranger and a current never ending project. So anyone else want to admit to putting off a resto/mod eb for a looooooong time?

Hey kb, look at the classifieds!!! I jumped on this puppy and have it registered and tagged in my name and I just do not see when or if I can get to it!!!%) %) I could be totally wrong about this rig but it's an early 66' U14, that's some kind of bragging rights???? It ain't just any ole EB, but I cannot bring myself to part it out!!!

Ain't near the same length of time, but the intent & emotions are very close!!!;D ;D

I parked my '77 in '97.
I call it Project Infinity because that's how long it's taking.
In the meantime I got married, started my own business, had child, built house, purchased and sold more broncos, added three others to the stable. I hate that dang thing now.

I bought a 70% finished 74 project 3 years ago and haven't even moved it from my storage area to my work shop. I had it on the front burner when I bought it and then I went down in my back. I had the surgery 5 months ago and am not up to speed yet, so all I have done as far as progress is concerned, is hunt down and buy some of the parts that I still need. I have managed to keep my other two Broncos rolling though, so I won't complain.

Not with an EB, but with a classic Mustang. I bought a project '67 fastback almost seven years ago and all it has done is sit in my garage. I have bought a few parts for it, but have not started the actual restoration work. I really thought I would have started it by now. Perhaps I would have if the economy hadn't put all of my projects on hold.

I have had to pass over a few EB projects mainly due to lack of funds. I have a '68 Mustang that's been sitting for about 10 years or so waiting for restoration again and I now have my '71 Bronco that's been sitting for a few months waiting for me to get to it. Fortunately I have almost all the parts for the Bronco and I just need to be with it to put them on.
