how many pieces is an early Bronco frame?

It seems that EB frames don't suffer the rust problems that early jeeps do. They must have a better design. What is it?

EB frames are fully boxed, not C-channel like Jeeps.

The problem is that it is basically two pieces of C-channel lap welded together. It is a terrible design as the bottom overlap inside the frame rusts quickly.

Oh let me tell you. Bronco frames do rust, just come up here to Northern Michigan and I'll show you just where. ;D ;D :eek: ;D ;D<br><br>

Yep, first snow a week or so ago, and it wasn't much more than a dusting and there were suv's in the ditches everywhere.<br><br>snake
