$300 hundred out of 95 explorer about 2 weeks ago. 2wd. Now I wish I would have gotten a 4wd one, I just found out they bolt up directly, no adapter needed, to an Atlas or Stak.

$300 from a 97 Mountaineer. "Flousberg" picked one up from a guy parting out a 99 Explorer for $160. I just kept check Craig's list, until I found the right one.
