Have the opportunity to pick up a 66 U13 October build, just curious if they are rare or what there worth, it would need quite a bit of work. Thanks

I picked one up few months. 66 has a lot of one year only parts make sure they are all there, mine was missing a lot of those rare parts

Out of the entire 12 model year production of the Early Bronco, the U13 was only available for the first three years. Of something like 225,000 total Early Broncos built, just 5,000 of them were U13s. So, a little over 2%.

Rare and valuable to the U13 connoisseur. Not so much to the average Joe looking for an EB.

Wrong side mirror, those go for a pretty penny plus much.

Probably a roadster U13 is rarest, and rarer still the parts that make it unique like hubcaps, locking hubset, 6cyl carb, airppump fuel pump for wipers, eyebrow grill etc.

Other than that, if you just want a bronco, I would not spend extra on that specific truck.,

It has a 66' rear bumper, tail gate, tail light lenses, transfer case shifter, transmission shifter, speedometer and dash knobs. A non 66' turn signal, top and 67' doors, but 66' door panels.

Other stuff swapped out over the years of course it looks like.

I would guess it's an early 67 with some leftover 66 parts on it, or a late 66 with some 67 parts on it....vin# will tell for sure.....

Get the vin but honestly, looks to be an early '66 with that tall transfer case shifter, especially with having a knob and not the t-handle/plastic shift indicator.

212 total made in '68 - the last year. Someone else here has the breakdown of how many were sixes and 8's.
