My wife doesn't care what I spend on it, but she said I can't cut it (Luber) and she is picking the colors (shade of green and interior tan). Other than that I have free reign (and I didn't intend to cut it and I wanted to go green and tan).

Moral of some of these butt-dialings: pre-emptive butt-dialing, don't hang up on purpose and brag about how great the wife is and she is the best thing that ever happened to you.

When my daughter was 6 she would come out in the garage and help work on the car. One day she asked if she could drive it, I said she could have it when she graduated high school. Be careful what you say, they remember everything. I had to ship this to alaska from texas.

Lol this reminds me of my daughter she is 8 and she keeps asking me if she can have the bronco when she is older, one day I was joking with her and said, no the Bronco is mine....besides Jeeps are for Girls, I'll buy you a Jeep.... She's already planning her jeep build....and now I'm sitting here wondering what happened...

That is the one thing my wife cares about is that I don't cut it..and she made me paint real colors (blue and white) which I like the end result...I was going to cut it and go OD green and flat black.....she however doesn't like the lift and 33s she likes the little stockers she says they are cute...I remind her "cute" is not the look I am after

A pre-emptive butt dial....genius....

We have separate checking accounts. We rarely argue about money.

3 years ago I told her my frame off would cost around 10k, I'm probably around 30k and counting. If she watched these transactions on a banking website pretty sure I would be looking for wife #2 by now.

Well done! Separate checking accounts have saved us 22 years of unnecessary drama........ (it works two ways)
