How to: Replace Instument cluster lights?

Guys, I've searched this....

I've looked in the Ford Tech manual....

I can't find the procedure for this.

Do you need to remover the cluster?

Can someone share the info?

there's 6 bulbs on the back of the cluster, 3 of them are for the gauge lights. look under the dash and you'll see them, they just pull out.

I did look back there today.

I saw what looked like the connectors. I tried to twist and then just pull one of them but it didn't move. I didn't want to force it. Do they just pull straight out?

It just pulls out. Actually I pry it off to the side. this is what it looks like when removed to give you an idea

That picture is very helpful.

Just to fill this thread with info incase someone else does a search.....

I have the bulb type as 1895.

Correct me if I'm wrong

That should be a correct no for the bulb ...depends on the brand of bulb 1895 ...
L1895....TS1895.....just an 1895 ..12volt bulb w/ not much candlepower..
