hunting for 66 parts!

I have almost all the original parts I need for a u13 restoration...and some doubles. It has been a long search but have never been able to get that damn rear view mirror. Have seen rusted ones on ebay and bid up to $400 before tapping out since they would also need to be restored. Posted, as I have before WTB 66 rear view mirror and a member replied having a NOS one. After some negotiating the mirror was on its way. I didn't even know they had NOS mirrors for a early 66 bronco? So 20 min later I change my ebay search to NOS and found another one! Of course I bought it! So don't give up searching...after years of looking for a restorable one in 20 min I found 2 NOS mirrors! Happy hunting to all with the 66 Curse! My wife wanted to know why I was holding an old box in bed last night... LOL!

I find 66' parts in spurts it seems like, nothing for months and then all of the sudden my Paypal gets hammered lol. Seat belts rarely if ever though.

Awesome finds! I love the hunt, and eventually it pays off in the end. Took me a year to find Whitco hardware and then I found more. Like you, I bought it all of course

Fyi...super faded part number on one box. Can't make it out. Going to do some CSI work to see if I can get it to share.
