I have started communicating with Hutchinson INC concerning their bead-locks.

I have asked right off the bat whether their company would be interested in a Mass Buy!! This would be one that we could all benefit from!!!!!!

As soon as I get all the fliers I have requested, I will scan them and email them out to anyone who wants to see them.

I will also keep this thread open with all the responses I get back from Hutchinson's!

Let me know if this would be something that a Mass Buy would be worth negotiating!!!!! INPUT PLEASE!!!!

I am (and will be for a while) a little short of funds. I was planning a similer thing in about 9 months or longer. I have a few other non-bronco items that will be eating money for a while.

What size rime were you thinking of? I am running and plan to keep running 12.5 wide tires and like the way they fit on 15x10 rims. I was planning on checking in with them again next year at SEMA.

I am also spending way too much dough right now, but wanted to lay down the initial ground work for good relations with the company!

Getting a feel for the number of people in our group who would be in for a mass buy will help me get a bargaining chip with the company when negotiations start!

I am interested but funds may be a little tight for that right now. If we have enough people interested maybe the prices will be right enough for me to be able to buy now.

I haven't a clue what their prices are now, or what type of discount we might be able to get (if any)

As soon as I get their panflets, I'll email them all around.

Their website is:
http://www.hutchinsoninc.com

They presently make the rims on the Hummer's and H2's.

After doing a quick search on POR to see what wheelers thought of them everyone agreed that they were nice rims. Just too expensive though at $400 + a rim to go out and beat on the trail. Sounds like the ones that were in Petersons a while back that they were showing off were like $700 a rim. It would have to be a huge discount for me to consider these. There are quite a few other beadlock companies out there whose prices are more in line with what I imagine most people would want to spend.

I wouldn't mind getting some but I can't afford $400 a rim as I am sure most of the guys on this board can't either. You could get stazworks beadlocks which are basically the same except they arn't aluminum for about $240 a piece and they are completely customizable. Maybe if you can get enough people interested in the double beadlocks you might want to talk to stazworks.

HE's got a website, but it isn't very good. Go to the vendors section on the Pirate board. There's a thread with prices and pictures.
