During the spring I took the time to rebuild my T-shift transfer case to be used as a twin stick case. It WAS working fine. I took my Bronco up to the schools shop for some work, and when I brought it home I noticed the sticks had some play in them. I figured somebody may have gotten into my bronco and messed with them....no big deal. I went and tightened them up. And then went to shift and noticed one on my sticks was sticking. I felt around and felt something unussual. So I cut a small access panel in the side of my tunnel and noticed that one of the connecting peices of metal was bent, and so was the retaining pin. So somebody who didn't know WTF he/she was doing forced one on sticks so much to mess it up. The peice of connecting metal was quickly reproduced. The little pin however is shot. Do any of you know of a replacement piece? will a normal nut and bolt work?

I also went ahead and removed the panel on the t-case to inspect the gears.....luckly they are ok.

theres no reason a bolt wouldn't work thats what I would use problably with a nylon lock nut so it wont back off
