My '75 has Beard seats and the seats do not pivot forward to allow passenger access to the rear seats. Currently you have to climb between the front seats. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to fab a pivot bracket for the passeger side seat? I was thinking of using a seat bracket from a the Jeep?

Check out www.azbronc.org. Todd Zuercher uses a passenger seat bracket off of a Bronco II. I believe they were in the 84-86 Bronco II's. Hope this helps.

I too looked at the Heep bracket but it looked like too much messing around due to the weird floor mounting . The idea is great . I ended up using my stock seats anyway . Todd has got some great innovations .

I am curretnly doing the Bronco II seat bracket mod. The seat bracket bolts right to my Mustang GT seats so all I have to do is put it place and drill 4 holes to mount it. I am also using 3 inch backing plates to reinforce the mounting.

If you are interested in the Jeep flip mechanism, I have a set off of pair of 01 Wrangler seats I am currently putting in. I'm too tall for the seats with these brackets still in place so I removed them and will live with out that feature...

Hey Mick, Thanks for the link i was hoping to find a way to get my pass seat to move w/o sliding and leaning it all the way forward and thanks for the update on the carpet. I'm looking forward to getting it. Alex

Thanks for all the suggestions. Sorry I haven't had a chance to dig into it any deeper yet. I am currently doing a painless rewire and new dash with autometer all around.
