I'm de-lifting my 74. Should I remove the Duff drop brackets?

Hey folks,

I am the process of de-lifting my 74. I originally had a 3.5, now I have a 1.5-2 (custom made for me by Deaver), and now I am thinking of returning to stock ride height.

My rig came with the Duff adjustable radius arm drop brackets. I am thinking of removing them in favor of WH replacement brackets.

Am I crazy for doing this? I know I don't need the adjustable brackets for stock ride height, but will I benefit from the adjustment ability?

My main reason for thinking of this is really looks and ground clearance. Looks more than anything, I want to return to the stock look. I can't imagine the ground clearance being that much of a big deal.

Anyway what are your thoughts?

I just brought one back to a stock height configuration that was lifted by the PO.
The only thing I left was the front extended shock towers he installed. I didn't feel like removing them and welding in stock ones.

No, you aren't crazy for doing this.
