Get the weld on kit from Cage that will go on the 60 without having to use the C wedges. Check first but last I remember Cage and Duff long arms were almost identical.

Mad.... Have u used those? Will the lower coil bucket still work with that? The duff syle, lower coil bucket/mount bolts to the top of the radius arm and front c cup.

I have stock c caps/wedges, i mocked my suspension up on the d 30 front and ford 9" rear.... Am installing a d60 front and sterling 10.25 rear now..

I dont think those caps will work. But havent tried. The d 60 is much bigger in diameter. Maybe bigger bolts?

I like the weld on theory.... Wont get the bronco lean that way..!

No, i haven't use them but I've seen pics online of them mounted on a D60. IIRC, the lower spring cups bolted to the top of the weld-on parts like it would on the top of the original C-cap and end of the RA.

I've looked into the option of going with the weld-on part for the HPD44 but that would mean spending more for it when I already have what I need to get the job done.
The 77 HPD44 has welded wedges that will need to be cut off anyway or I could leave them on and move the upper coil mounts outward.

I've got the weld on stuff like pictured and it is beefy stuff.

You get to choose where you want to mount your coil cubs, drill and then bolt in. There are busings that sit inside those large holes and mount into the arms - I got these with my Cage kit, not sure if they are 100% compatible with the Duff kit.

I have both the Duff arms (on yellow77) and the Cage arms in boxes.
I'll go and measure center to center dimensions for you tonight.

I got a Dana 60 king pin hi-pinion with C-caps and bushings under the bronco in the garage right now. I didn't do the fab , bought it that way.
Duffs says the wedges just need to be trimmed down to fit the bigger tube. I think their catalog used to say something like : Use these (wedges) with a set of our extreme arms , and you can get a Dana 60 under just about anything.

Also , someone one this board has Duffs 4link system on a Dana 60 rear , Duff had the weld on brace for the 60 on hand . I wonder if they have made one for the 10.25/10.50 rears that seem to be so popular.

That is what i am doing..... D60 front and a sterling 10.25 rear with the duff 4 link and their weld on truss. Hopeing to have them under the frame, mounted, next week.

I had it all installed on stock axles, now cutting it off and doing fw 1 ton for the 40's....;D

Nice ....! staying full width ?
The PO / builder narrowed mine ... bummer.
Thinking about some rims with very little back space to make it a bit wider. Kinda silly , but I'm not up to tearing it apart yet. Got LOTS to fix on this thing first before laying out that kind of $$$ on stuff that isn't broke.

so question? from what it looks like that part welds on the dana60 and bolts onto the duff arms...making it solid, right?

well my bro did a arm setup on his scout using a dana60 and two hime joints at the end and welded the arms solid to the axle...he had 2'' of flex before the suspension bound up and lifted the hole scout.... wouldn't this kit do the same sense its solid as well?

From what i know, there are bushings that go into those holes where you bolt the radius arm to them.

I tried to call cage yesterday around 4:30, no answer. I tried today, 3 times between 10am and 3pm, no luck.. I tried both numbers listed on their site, and there was no voicemail on either..?:?

I called Duff, they have a kit with bigger (or smaller depending on how you look at it) weld on wedges, c bushings, and a spacer for between the radius arm and c cup. This is designed for the d 60 application...

I also asked duff about the cage bracket, and they seemed to think it might limit articulation, and why change something that works really well already... Also, they didn't know if they would bolt to duff arms.
