Is Mid 80s F-350 Dully a good donor?

Can we use the dully rear end off a mid 1980s F-350 on our broncos? What's the difference compared to the D-70s off a 1 ton F-350? The reason I am asking is. In my search For a F-350 axle donor I am finding mostly dolly's
