I'm interested in buying a classic bronco and my knowledge of them is limited at best. I found this one about four hours away from my home and the seller emailed me some photos that I have uploaded here:

He is asking 7500, says it has a 302, he's not sure of the mileage on the engine though. He tells me rust is minimal, there's some you can clearly see in the photos. He hasn't done a compression test on the engine, but says it has no mechanical issues whatsoever. Before I commit to spending a day driving and a 100.00 in gas I was hoping to get some advice on the price of the truck.
I'm not too much of a stranger to older cars, I've owned a 68 mustang and did some work on that. What in particular should I look for if I go see it? What are typical problem areas with these vehicles? I've got a couple of AWD cars, but this will be my first 4WD. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
FYI: I am in St. Louis, the vehicle is in Springfield.
