How do you (everyone) drive it every day with the type of gas mileage these things get? I would be filling up every two days. I probably get 12 miles a gallon.

Just gotta bite the bullet I reckon..

I drive my patrol truck to and from work but anywhere else I go I take the Bronco. So I would say 3 to 5 days a week. Its 15 miles to town so I put 20,000 to 25,000 miles or so a year on it. I actually drive it less this time of year because the top is off and it rains almost every afternoon. When the top goes on and hunting season starts it gets lots of miles. Its been my driver for 5 years now, since I drove it 700 miles home from South Carolina.

My '73 is pretty much my daily driver all spring, summer and fall. Pretty much gets put up for the winter the same time people start to store their Harleys around here. I live in central Wisconsin and once the snow flies so does the salt. For those of you who don't get to deal with both of those white things that cover the roads around here you would not believe how destructive road salt can be to any kind of metal surface. My Bronco is not a frame off restoration but I want to keep as nice as it is for as long as I can.

I figure don't have to make payments on a newer vehicle that gets better mileage so I'm saving money in the long run;D.

Sorry but you didn't give me a spot to vote into...
..I come home After work and go for a country cruise .. Mostly Me & Taco the Winner Dog. We drive down the country road 3 miles and circle the family cemetery maybe throught the pasture to check the cows and look at crops and look at deer & turkeys .. I thinks he's looking for rabbits.. not me I tell him I'm not interested in him yapping about them rabbits.. But then we get back out on the country road and cruise real slow .. Until we see the wife standing in the yard with a hoe in her right hand .. That's when it's time to put up the Bronco for another night and come inside.. And then Taco jumps out and lifts his leg on one of the Bronco's tires and darts inside ..leaving me to Face the music one more time.

Mine will be a dd soon because My Bronco II that I drive now is under powered and I tipped it over in some huge ruts breaking out the side window and smashing the fender! Good times.;D

I drive mine everyday. Nothing like having a Bronco. I sat at a light one day with two identical Yukon's in front of me, everything on them were the same, my thought was how embarrasing for those two guys who didn't even look at eachother. If I was sitting next to another Bronco, we would be giving eachother the thumbs up and being proud. One cool Bronco with a lot of money invested in her, equals no payments, and a rig that can't be replaced. No carbon copy for me.
