Does anyone have any tips on how to get the exhaust to exit at the desired 90° angle from James Duff two into one exhaust kit. I’ve got everything installed loosely, but I can’t seem to get the rear tailpipe to come out at 90°.

Thanks,

play more with the tubing angles, even before the muffler. shouldn't have any fitment issues.

hard to see in the pics but is your driver side header installed? if not, get that in there and work your way back adjusting the pipe

rotate the pipe that’s in front of muffler. All those bends allow you to get an angle you like. And once it all gets snugged up it will move more. That may be all you need. When I did mine it didn’t take much adjusting to get a big difference at the tail pipe.

I agree. I'm pretty sure those bends in that pipe should be vertically oriented, not zig-zagging side to side. Take a look at Fig. 8 in Duff's instructions. Look close and you can see that the first bend in connecting pipe D goes down, not to the right side.
