JBA shorty headers and 351W

I just got my 351W installed with the JBA shorty headers. Many of you know that they contact the passenger side inner fender just barely when using them with a 351W. Others have posted that they had problems massaging the inner fender well with a hammer with the engine installed. I have the solution. With everything in, I just used a porta-power hydraulic spreader placed hear the contact point against the header and the inner fender well. Gently moved the inner fender perfectly without damaging the header at all since the fender is so much thinner. It looks like it was made that way.

It's more than just the inner fender though. The stock shock tower is there too. When I first installed the JBAs on my 5.8, it took me over an hour to get that passenger side in. I cut my inner fenders out so it's no problem now. I also switched to F250 shock towers so plenty of space.

I did not affect my shock towers or the f-250 shock tower I have up there.

That is exactly why I posted this. Many people have had problems and it literally took ten minutes to clearance the fender perfectly and with control. Just rent a port-a-power with the spreader attachment.
