Anyone know how to get the soft doors on at the A pillar drip rail? Pins line up, front of door slides into track, but I can't figure out how to get the angled front windshield drip rail sections in. Doesn't seem like they slide in from the top and they don't seem like they want to get forced in to the rail.
I have found old install instructions for the top online, but nothing on the doors.

Thanks.

PDQ I did a pretty thorough write up on this when I did my door installation a few years ago.

The doors come with a square steel rod that slides into the fabric of the door and then is pressed by hand into the drip rail. It should be a tight fit. Then you can take the small metal angle pieces to hold them in place and screw them down. Makes a tight seal.

The steel rods are about 1/4" square stock. The clips, if you don't have the originals, can be purchased at Lowes in their hobby drawers where the bolts are.

Pm me if you need more info. I'm about to put mine back on for the fall.

Open the fabric doors after you slide the fabric into the verticle channel on the insert. Snap the door fabric to the fiberglass insert. Then while you have the door propped open with your leg. Work the fabric with its square rod into the window frame rain gutter. You working with your body between the door and the door opening to hold the door open as you work the fabric into the rain gutter with your finger tips. Its a tight fit and the door open gives you some slack. Once done when you close the door it snugs up all the door fabric taught. Takes some pratice and the square rod in the fabric has to be placed just right as you press it in place.

Perfect thanks much. Sporto I had found your write up but couldn't quite picture how to install the section I mentioned. Thanks for the PM offer, I'll let you know if I run into issues.

Rusty truck that's what I needed, thanks. I'll give it a shot.

I'm assuming removal is just carefully peeling it back out of the channel?
