I gotta ask, and please don't take this the wrong way. Since you are in the mock up stage, how hard would it be to angle the speaker towards the occupants say like half an inch? Also, any way you can add a spot higher to add a tweeter, it too towards the occupants? Again, don't get me wrong, what you have right now are great! If you are beyond making changes to your mold then ignore my thoughts. Keep up the great work!

I made these up over the last couple days.Running a 5 1/4" alpine speaker. No cutting into the panel its self. The E-brake has to be moved to the side an 1 1/2" or 2". other than that they fit right in.Whatcha think?

JGZ - my e-brake has already been adjusted a bit so I am not sure where it started. From the panel how far into the foot well does the speaker stick out?

I thought about that. But to angle the driver side would really mess with the E-brake.There's not a lot of room in that foot well. Now if I was to make a hole in the kick panel it would really open it up.Just don't think that's something a lot of people want to do.

Sorry, went back again and read the other posts. I can see in ur first pic if you were to angle it not only would it hit the ebrake but the magnet to the spkr may hit the inside wall. Without the ebrake you can get away with angling it, same deal with the passenger side module. I still can't get over the bread pan idea, that's using the ole noodle right there! Just imagine if you could add two to three inches of space behind those kick panels?!!!!!

With the speaker grille installed it sticks out just about 2 3/4 " from the kick panel.Hope that answered your question.

I don't have final pricing on the pods yet.But they will be reasonable.
These will come in a high gloss finish which can be upholstered,
painted or left alone. Thanks Jay JGZ

I was wondering how to cover the goober weld splice I made in my pass kick panel. Those will be perfect and functional.
