Its a matter of taste and opinion. I happen to like heavily tattooed women. Its beauty on beauty, if the tattoos are well done. But I understand that its a preference that not everyone shares.

That's a big part of it.
Most are not.
There are a lot of no-talent scratchers with tattoo artist signs hanging up.
