Laid-Back USA customer experience...

I just had a great customer experience with a vendor that sells a number of items with early Bronco's on them...I ordered several items from "Laid-Back". Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size on a shirt (My fault). I notified them on what I needed to do to return it for the correct size(Knew I would have to pay for shipping coming and going). They said, don't worry about it, keep it, we are sending you a new one!

Love me some "Laid-Back shirts. Have 3 or 4 now and adding a couple to my Christmas list... :)
