I tried searching Google and here and I can find a picture I want. Can someone post a picture of where the dome light wire is? Ive looked all around the windshield frame and all I see is the wires to the wiper motor. I couldn't find the wire under the dash for the stock light that goes there.

I wouldn't ask if I hadn't searched

I don't have my Bronco anywhere near me but IIRC it came out of the top left of the windshield frame.

Looks like no one else is going to chime in so...

It's bundled with the wiper wiring and pops out on the driver's side.

Thanks Viper,
that's what I was looking for. Mine goes straight back and doesn't have a plug like that. Did all broncos have them?

The dome light started in a certain year, can't remember when, maybe '72?

Ah I have a 70 no wire. I just pulled one thru the windshield frame. That would explane why I cant figure out where it plugs in under dash.

Can't you just jump it off of the parking wire, (the wire that powers the wiper motor until it is in park position), it would only be hot when your ign switch is on, but easier than pulling another wire,

Mine is like pedestrians, its a 67 with dome light and wire runs up left side of windshield frame.

I don't believe that's original on a '67. Only the map light was available then with the convenience group or sport model but that was under the dash. I bet if took the light out you'd find a part number starting with D.
