Up to this point, I've been able to unbolt and/or remove everything on the eBronc project using lots of pentrating oil, heat from a propane torch, a breaker bar, and my trusty impact wrench.

The door hinge pins, however, have stopped me cold. I've read all the links, removed the hinges from the doors, cut off the small taper at the bottom, heated, drenched, hammered, and tried to cut the pins out- with absoloutely NO movement whatsoever. Hacksaw blades don't even scratch the pins, and there's not enough room to get a cut-off wheel in there. A hammer and punch don't do squat, and my 12-ton hydraulic press can't get any pressure on the pins because they're so small.

Any ideas? Should I go ahead and wear out 5 or 6 drill bits trying to drill them out?

Or should I just leave 'em be-they're not too bad. I can always shim the hinges to line the door up when it's closed.
