Location of VIN# on 69' frame

Where is it located? My 76' is on the passenger side top, just below the heater core. Are there other places to look?.

There and then also on the passenger side top of frame, where you can't see it unless the body is off. Sort of back of center or so.

I found it right away, in this spot, just like on my 76'.

The spot in the back may have rusted away. It's usually not covered in dirt, oil and grime that preserves the front VIN stamp. Good luck!
