thanks and nope the axle is in the stock location completely centered in the wheel well. the flares are all the way up to the body line. the fuel fill is in the wheel well. the 4 link had to be redesigned from the old one I had as the pinion angle I needed was un attainable.. you can see from the pics of it tucked with no springs it tucks nice hits the bumpstops and has 3/4 in clearance from the crossmember. that was not achievable before... plus I cut over 2 inches out of the lift. she sits nice now and flexes awesome.. I will get up more pics and video soon when we tune it on the dyno. I expect over 400 hp and over 900 ft lbs tq.. she is insane once she comes on boost... the tires are up in smoke and the bronco is sideways.. it is so fun.. that's why the insane trussed 1/4 dom rear axle and 35 spline Yukon everything in the rear..

Can't wait to see that video!! Is the bar going through the rear axle used when welding so the axle doesn't warp? Why the 1/4" DOM? I thought they were 1/2" stock.

I'm way off. Not sure where I came up with 1/2" tube thickness. I just looked again and came up with .188

Awesome additional pics. Love that 4-link setup and how it's integrated into the rear axle truss. Nice work on the full stuff testing and clearance considerations.

just when you think you are done.. I recently changed the turbo... needed some more boost. I ended up putting on a he451ve variable geometry turbo off of a ISX cummins.. it has a stand alone controller for the electric survo witch controls the veins inside moving them in and out of the air stream.. it can produce 40 psi boost at idle on a turbo test... a little more tuneing and we are off to dyno test..

Those are some nice turbos seen some huge gains out of them before curious to see what you get. Great looking bronco by the way.
