Logan Metal Rear Bumper Intsall Question

I have a couple of quick questions for anyone who has installed these bumpers and brackets.

First question, the two mounting holes at the top, the rear hole is directly under the tailgate, do I go up from the inside with a shorter bolt?

Second question, the mounting holes underneath, there is currently no hole in the frame rail to receive through the bracket, do I need to drill?

Actually I have one more question, how do I know if the brackets are on the correct side? As you can see from the last 2 pics, one end has an extended round end and the other is squared off.

I will try to snap a couple pics tomorrow. If I forget please pm me and remind me. I have the same bumper installed on my bronco.

Personally, I would probably mount the bumper on the frame mounts, slide it onto/into the frame and make sure that all is square and the bumper looks good before drilling any holes into the frame. Good luck and can't wait to see it mounted up! ;D

Nuts go on the inside. bolt sizes are 1/2" x ???
Get an 3/4" open end wrench and some electrical tape to hold the nut to the wrench.
I use flange nuts

Drill the extra hole.

What is the other stamp on the bracket 'EBR" might be "Early bronco right" if the other one says "EBL" or it might be rear..
