Lokar EFI throttle cable

I am looking at buying a Lokar cable and their website says for 86-93 Ford EFI use TC-1000HT which is a 24" cable. Seems a little short to me. I don't want it to look like a guitar string so I am leaning toward a 36" cable instead. Any thoughts from those that are using Lokar cable for EFI? Thanks. - Mike

Dunno how most guys route their throttle cables, but to connect to my Explorer throttle body with the Lars mod, the throttle cable comes from the firewall. I used a 36" Lokar cable and had to trim some off, but not nearly a foot.

That is what I figured.........I didn't want it to be too short. I'll get the 36" one, and then trim as necessary. I figured it to end up about 30-32" long overall. Thanks Steve.
