IA Looking for a 66-77 bronco

As complete as possible. Pretty open to any engine and trans options. Want a runner and like most not a rust bucket. More into mechanical work than massive metal work .Price range 17k - 20k range as a starting point. Midwest area preferred but have trailer for pick up for about anywhere.
