Finally making some headway on my buddies upgrades. The ABS firewall was interesting to build. I used "Portuguee" sound deadener, some nice 8mm closed cell for insulation and the 1/16" ABS panel. Had to make 3 because it was too difficult to heat/form one piece. No I can start the electrical finally

Finally manned up and cut the firewall holes for the heater. Went with Old Air Products. They have Bronco specific but I wanted side outlets because of the header/inner fender well being so close.

Did a "Portuguee" offset on the H-boost.

When your Portuguese you well understand. It is a cynical term of doing whatever necessary to "make it work".
This build is for my buddy in The South. Lots of challenges for me because I had to factor the rain/heat/humidity. Something you don't need to doin Kommifornia (just watch out for the extra taxes).

It is a cynical term of doing whatever necessary to "make it work".
Grew up with that mindset drilled in me so yup, I get it.

Only a few more years in Kommifornia then retirement and out to a more people friendly state.

Gotta admit, as much as I enjoy working on broncos, I won't do another AC system again. That was my first, and my last.

Looks good! But what exactly is a “mad” dash? I see it looks like a two piece ?

Got radiator properly oriented to the 1" body lift and explorer serpentine setup on Sunday. Just had to do some cutting/welding.
