Have any of y'all Floridians been to The Jeep Ranch in Wildwood?

It isn't open all the time but is this weekend.
Seen some You Tube videos of the place. Looks fun, nothing too extreme.

So I went and hung out with some cool Jeepers.
They loved the eb.

Coming down a really steep hill I knocked off my hi lift jack. It was mounted to my bumper horizontally.
Mangled the brackets.
I didn't know what the noise was. I backed up a little to get off the trail. Sigh....I backed right over my hi lift jack.....Bent it pretty bad. I mandgled the hi lift mount/locks too.
But otherwise the eb was a boss on the trail. Still testing so didn't do all of the extreme stuff but did some of it...Lol.

Fixed the bumper and back up light all up.

Got that back up light from Badmuttstang a few years ago for like $20 bucks. I could tell it was heavy duty right out of the box. It took two pretty hard shots from the jack twisting up and hitting the tail gate. It is dented and gouged but working great still. Light chamber is still sealed. I love its new trail scars, lol.

Not gonna put the jack on the bumper again....Since it can get knocked off, lol...Gonna need to move the back up light too. For now it will be fine.

Couple of obstacles.

I couldn't get photos of my attempt, but I was alone today, until my wife and daughter got out there.

Worse than it looks.

Massive log to climb over, very steep on the other side.

Super tight confines at times. Very tight trails.
Not sure how the JK's were doing it....They are rather wide.
These pictures don't really show how tight the trails get. Glad I was in an eb.

Like here...
Look at how tight the trees are at the exit for this hole.
You can't just blast through it. You have to be technical and slow so you can squeeze between them.

Anyways....
It was fun.
Alot of folks camped over night for all three days of MLK weekend. A lot of them had MLK day off....We sure don't...
Real nice folks running the event.
They gave my daughter a free shirt while her and her mom waited for me at the cattle gate to come get them.
This place is close to my Mom's place so they went there initially then came to find me.
They gave her a hat too.
I ended up going over to the table and tipping the lady $20 bucks since they were so sweet to my little girl. She's eleven and loves Daddy's Bronco. She wants the new one too. Let's see....In 2020 she will be 14....Maybe I can get her a used one in 2022 when she's 16. She deserves it. She's a really good girl that makes A-B honor roll every nine weeks for her entire life....Soooo she's prolly getting that Bronco in 2022....Lol....
Maybe I'll giver her my 2020 and get myself the inevitable SVT version of the new eb when it hopefully comes out after a year or so of production.

That's cool bnut, I've been eyeballing that place and would like to get up there soon. We should make a Florida EB call out and get a ride going. Although I likely can't make it until late February or early March. bTW I have a 10 year old daughter who would probably like to talk Broncos with your girl.

Haha...
You gotta check their event calendar. I guess they are only open occasionally.
I went there on kind of a dare from my north Florida Jeeper Buddies.
I would be up for an eb event.
There are easy trails and alot of open spaces. There are also hard trails that I was scared of. The open spaces would have tons of room for vendors and for man made obstacles.
I saw two rock gardens.
Sorry if I'm rambling...Worked real late...Uber tired...Lol...
Saw some YouTube videos before I went.

Sorry no EB's.

There are more videos of the place on YouTube.
Don't know if it's better than Holopaw Estates, but it's more technical since the trails have obviously been strategically created. Whereas Holopaw is just us running through the trails for years....Kind of naturally derived.

Check out the videos.

I did not check to see when their next event will be on their site.
