....the history of our family's ownership and enjoyment of this Bronco (both Kurt and I have owned it previously) has been stated earlier in this thread. We have had discussions previously as to build schedule, outsourcing phases of the project and yes even skill sets needed for the build. Our time and relationship together remain most paramount. Stupidboy, thank you for your comments.

Got a rotisserie. Let the bodywork begin. Scraping the undercoating off and then I'm going to blast the tub behind my shop. I have a lot of stuff to finish before winter sets in.

I blasted everything out behind my shop. The sand is on the ground. Cleaning up this morning. My painter is going to be here at noon to shoot primer on everything. Going to POR15 the frame.

Great build so far! For the frame, POR works best on rust. I know it sounds crazy but I would water it down and let it at least flash rust for a few days.
You could also use an epoxy primer on it.

A hot chick stopped by the shop today and helped out. Not many guys can say their wife painted their extended radius arms.

I have a rolling chassis again. Getting ready to spray tintable bed liner on the bottom of the tub and bolt it down to the chassis for mock-up. Need to finsh applying seam sealer first. Hope to have the bed liner sprayed by the end of the weekend.

Shrink wrapped the chassis to prevent overspray during painting and got the body back on. Rock sliders are here. Glass hood and fenders from WCB are on the way. Moving the rig for paint on Friday. Looks like I'm going to have to buy new door shells. Haven't been able to find any decent used ones and mine are pretty much toast.
